Cancellation of Services

• Clients may cancel services by providing written mail to Drigital. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of the project and costs incurred up to that point.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are issued based on the following conditions:

  • Before Commencement: Full refund if services are canceled before work has commenced.

  • After Commencement: Pro-rated refund based on work completed and costs incurred.

  • No Refund: No refund for completed services or services already delivered.

Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through negotiations between the parties. If negotiations fail, disputes may be escalated to arbitration or litigation as per applicable laws.
